A recent survey by the American National Food Council found that not one person of the 21,500 people surveyed got their optimum recommended daily amount of Vitamins. Principles for Fabulous Abs: - Get your cardio in five days a week - Execute just one ab exercise per day, hitting a different angle each time you train. - Vary the number of sets, reps, resistance and rest intervals each week. - Train the abs five minutes a day (five days a week), after weights or cardio. - Eat a clean diet consisting of lean proteins, healthy carbs and plenty of water. Doing any type of cardiovascular exercise, such as running, swimming, biking, or Rollerblading, five times a week Can reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 45 percent. BEWARE! By the time that you are thirsty, you are already 1 to 2 % dehydrated and aging your cells at a rapid rate! Drink water by a schedule, not by your body's thirst.
